Pat Smith originates from Victoria, BC. He moved to the Seattle area in the 1980's to play hockey for the Seattle Breakers and went on to be the assistant coach for the Seattle Thunderbirds and the coach and general manager for the Surrey Eagles. His people skills and natural selling ability led him to a real estate career with John L. Scott. Pat focuses on re-sales within Dean's team. He has vast experience dealing with the resale of properties purchased through foreclosure, as well as regular real estate transactions, vacant land, condominiums, commercial properties and leasing. Pat's integrity, work ethic and attention to detail are why he has been ranked at the top 1% of the company, and won the President's Elite award from 1999-2006. He shares his success through various charities, and volunteers as a coach and board member of the Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association. With Dean, he is part owner of the Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club.

Michael Lappano is originally from Upstate New York, and is a graduate of the University of Hawaii. He has been with Dean Street & Associates since 2000, and worked in the sales and services industry for three years prior. Michael has extensive knowledge in all areas of real estate, and was awarded the President's Club Designation for 2001-2006. His impressive understanding of the foreclosure process has led to training and education of new clients interested in investing in real estate through foreclosure. Oonagh Mahnke has been with John L. Scott since 2000. She obtained her real estate license in 2002, and joined the Dean Street & Associates team in 2003. Although originally from Vancouver, BC she has lived in the Seattle area most of her life, and has an impressive grasp of the Puget Sound area and real estate market. She continually adds to her knowledge of the current market trends, foreclosure laws, and property title history and analysis, making her a vital asset in assisting clients through the foreclosure auction process. In addition to being responsible for researching and tracking the foreclosure filings in 15 counties, she also created and administers our website and strives to update the database interface and client tools to make them continually easier and more effective to use. Robert Street has been with Dean Street & Associates full time since 2006, following his graduation from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics. As Dean's son he has been around the real estate business his entire life, and naturally developed a keen interest in foreclosure investing. He has been a valuable addition to the team, working with clients to provide comparable values on properties and identifying the most profitable transactions. He can be found at auction on Friday mornings, assisting investors with their purchases.
