Tuesday Workshops
Every Tuesday at 5:30pm we hold FREE foreclosure workshops in Bellevue, Lynnwood and Puyallup. Join us to learn how JLS Foreclosure Services can help you purchase at auction. In this one hour workshop, we cover the basics of the foreclosure process, timeline, and how to buy. You'll learn how to use our dynamic website to find the best deals, track your favorite properties, and successfully purchase at auction. We'll also cover the difference between Short Sales, REOs and pre-foreclosures so you can decide which is the best avenue for you.

Auction Strategy Sessions
Every Thursday at 5:30pm we meet with our clients to discuss strategy for auction the next day. We'll go over your favorite properties, show you great low bids that have just been released, and provide an in-depth market analysis to help you value the properties you're interested in bidding on. We will also discuss auction strategies, and how best to assure you'll be a successful bidder while making a great purchase.
